Welcome to Bio Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bio Studio website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), are legally able to enter into contracts, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Bio Studio offers a Free plan (₹0, forever) and a Premium plan (₹499/month, billed monthly).
• Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay or UPI. We do not store your card or net-banking credentials.
• Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until the next renewal.

4. Your Content

"Content" means anything you upload, post, link to, or sell via the Service — including your bio, links, products, images, descriptions, and buyer communications.

• You retain all ownership of your Content.
• You grant Bio Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
• You are solely responsible for your Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party right (including IP, privacy, and consumer protection laws).
• You are responsible for collecting and remitting any taxes (including GST) on sales you make through the Service.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, restricted, or age-restricted products (drugs, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, etc.).
• Sell products that infringe another party's intellectual property (counterfeits, pirated software, etc.).
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices (fake products, bait-and-switch, pyramid schemes).
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, another user's account, or our systems.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including DDoS attacks or rate-limit abuse.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited spam or promotional messages.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Violate any applicable Indian or international law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service — including the Bio Studio name, logo, design, software, themes, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Bharath Kiran Lokanadham and is protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission. "Bio Studio", the Bio Studio logo, and related marks are trademarks of Bharath Kiran Lokanadham.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bio Studio, its owner, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bio Studio, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hyderabad, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. We'll notify you of material changes via email and/or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
